Declaration of consent

DECLARATION*

Declare,

That I voluntarily and knowingly consent to the processing of my personal data and those of my child/children by “BONITA STYLE” EOOD using automated systems and/or paper with the aim:

• To provide the necessary logistics during ordering, manufacturing, purchase and sale and delivery of uniformed school and other apparel;

• To provide reliable and unambiguous identification of the child/children by the execution of single and individual apparel orders;

• To provide possibility for direct communication regarding questions relating to the subject of our relations, namely the purchase and sale of school uniforms.

I am informed that:

- The personal data categories, which shall be processed based on my consent, are:

• personal contact data – contact address, phone number and email address;

• identification data – personal names, school affiliation, class at school;

• data about the placed orders;

• emails, letters, information about orders, appeals, applications, complaints, other feedback, inherently necessary for the implementation of the subject of our relations;

• any other information, necessary for provision of the specific service and without which the service could not be provided;

• customer number, code and another identifier, generated for users identification;

- Access to my personal data shall have:

the administrator of my personal data and the employees authorized to work with customers of “BONITA STYLE” EOOD;
Providers of courier and payment services;

- My personal data and those of my child/children shall be stored for a period of: for the time until the order is received.

- After the term for storage my personal data and those of my child/children shall be destroyed in the following way:

• data on paper – by cutting with shredder;

• electronic data – by deleting in the electronic data base.

I am familiar with my rights as a subject of personal data, namely the right of:

- access to my personal data and those of my child/children;

- rectification (if the data are inaccurate);

- deleting (the right “to be forgotten“);

- limiting of the processing;

- transferability of my personal data between different administrators;

- objection to processing of my personal data and those of my child/children;

- appeal to a supervisor;

- I and my child/children not to be subject of a decision, based on automatic processing only, including profiling, which generates legal consequences for me as data subject or which affects me in a considerable extent in a similar way;

- judicial or administrative protection, if my rights as a data subject have been violated.

* The text of this declaration complies with the requirements for validity of the consent of the General data protection regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and the Article 29 guidelines of the Working group.

Order conditions

1.The prices in this offer are included VAT and are valid and are valid for the current school year;

2. Unit prices are calculated on items agreed with the school basic materials. If the customer wishes to change the provided models and materials specified in the offer, the prices are renegotiated;

3. Unit prices in this offer include:

individual sets by name upon delivery of the order;
individual service at the site of the company and delivery of ready-made clothes;
implementation of individual on-line orders and organization of the shipment by courier;

4. Unit prices in this offer does NOT include delivery to the address of the Customer.

5. Unit prices in this offer are basic and are valid for the quantities held in stock and making clothing in standard sizes in the preparation of group order. If it's necessary to make corrections on the basic design and / or making of clothing in individual sizes as well as the explicit request of the client to change the basic construction, the prices change depending on the adjustment desired by the Client.

6. Payment:

When buying from the store - in cash or paying by POS terminal at the company's site;
For online ordering and delivery by courier - cash on delivery or by bank transfer;
For orders of items NOT available in stock, paid in advance.

7. Warranty conditions: “BONITA STYLE” is certified and operates a quality control system ISO 9001:2015. In conformity with the requirements of this system and the procedures applied, “BONITA STYLE” guarantees that all products manufactured by the company, fulfill the requirements of the ВDS standard and the European standards for security and quality of the goods and services. All commodities offered herewith have a guarantee of six months. The validity of this guarantee covers all materials used when factory defects are found out, as well as the production quality of the commodities when all requirements are kept that are prescribed by the manufacturer regarding the treatment and preservation of the garments. The guarantee does not cover mechanical and chemical damages of the fabrics caused by the Customer when used and treated.

8. Claim: The purchased goods can be replaced or returned within 30 days from the date of receipt upon presenting of a receipt or invoice for the purchase; REPLACEMENT of the purchased goods for another size or other item can be made ONLY in our store within 30 days from the date of receipt upon presenting of a receipt or invoice for the purchase; RETURN of the purchased goods with a refund can be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, upon presenting of a receipt or invoice for the purchase; WHEN REPLACING AND RETURNING, the returned goods must be with original packaging and label.Clothing with mechanical and chemical defects caused by the Client during use and treatment is not accepted.

9. Deadlines for execution of individual orders are negotiated on a case by case basis. Orders taken in August and September will be executed in a period of 30 to 60 days.
